Shipping Policy

Delivery times

We deliver within Pakistan only; we do not ship internationally.

Orders usually arrive within 5 working days.

Custom printed pieces are made to order, so they take a little longer to reach you than ready made items.

We aim to get every order to you within these estimates. Now and then weather, public holidays or courier backlogs slow things down, so if you need a garment by a particular date, order with a little time to spare and tell us the date so we can keep an eye on it.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is PKR 150 on every order.

You see the exact charge at checkout before you confirm, so there are no surprises later.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you the courier and tracking number. You can also follow its progress any time under Orders in your account.

If tracking has not moved for several days, message us. Chasing a courier is our job, not yours.

Delivery addresses

A quick double check of your address and phone number at checkout helps your parcel reach you first time. Couriers in Pakistan usually call before arriving, so a number they can reach makes all the difference.

If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we are happy to send it out again once the return postage is covered.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and send us the photos with your order number. If it has not arrived, tell us and we will open a case with the courier and keep you posted until it is sorted.
