Bulk and Group Shirt Printing in Pakistan

LimeThreads prints custom shirts in bulk for teams, events, universities and businesses across Pakistan. Tell us the quantity, the garment you have in mind and your deadline, and we will come back with pricing. Bulk work needs more lead time than a single order, so ask as early as you can.

Two ways to order for a group

  • Ask us for a quote. For ten pieces or more, send a bulk quote request with the details below, and we reply by email with a price for your quantity.
  • Order it yourself. For a smaller group, design the shirt in the design studio and check out like any other order, at the prices shown. A cart line holds up to 99 of one shirt in one colour and size.

1. Settle the design first

Changing a design after fifty people have agreed to it is harder than getting it right at the start. Before you collect a single size:

  • Get the artwork as one large file with a transparent background, and check it is big enough for the print size.
  • Choose a shirt colour the design stands out on: which shirt colour suits your design.
  • Decide what goes on the front and what on the back. The studio can place a design on either side or both, and you can use it to mock the shirt up and share a picture with the group before anyone commits.
  • Make sure you may print it. A university, company or club logo belongs to that organisation, and a character or brand belongs to its owner; we only print them with permission. If each shirt needs something different on it, such as a name or a number, say so when you ask for a quote.

2. Collect the sizes properly

  • Use one list — a shared sheet works well — with each person’s name and size, and a single deadline for replies.
  • Point everyone to the size guide rather than asking what they usually wear, because sizes differ between brands. The measurements are approximate and can vary slightly between batches, so anyone between two sizes should say so.
  • Custom printed pieces cannot be exchanged for a different size unless something is wrong with them, because each one is made to order. A wrong size on the list is a wrong shirt in the box.
  • Consider one or two spares in the most common sizes, for someone who joins late or gets it wrong.

3. Work back from your date

The date on your event poster is not the date to order by. Count back through each step:

  1. Agreeing the quote, the artwork and the final numbers with us.
  2. Payment reaching us. We accept bank transfer to our own account. After you order we show you the account details, and our team reviews your order as soon as it is placed.
  3. Printing. Bulk work needs more lead time than a single order.
  4. Delivery. A single order usually arrives within 5 working days.
  5. Time to spare. Weather, public holidays and courier delays happen, and handing the shirts out takes time too.

4. Collect the money before you order

Having everyone’s money in hand keeps things quick and simple. Collect everyone’s share before you place the order, alongside their size, rather than paying first and chasing twenty people once the shirts have arrived. Keep a note of who has paid next to each name on your size list.

Decide, too, where the shirts are going. An order goes to one address, so choose the person who will receive the box and hand the shirts out, and make sure they will be there to take the delivery.

What to send us

  • How many shirts, and how many in each size.
  • The garment and colour you have in mind.
  • Your artwork, or an idea of what you want.
  • Whether it goes on the front, the back, or both.
  • The date you need them by, and the city they are going to.

The quickest way is the bulk quote form, which asks for all of this.

How to reach us

Message us on WhatsApp, or email info@limethreads.com. You can also use the contact page.

When the shirts arrive

Open the box and check the count and the sizes against your list before you hand them out, while everything is still in one place. If anything is misprinted or damaged, send us a photograph and we will reprint, replace or refund it.

Common questions

Do you print shirts for teams, events or businesses?

Yes. Tell us the quantity, the garment you have in mind and your deadline, and we will come back with pricing.

How much notice do you need for a bulk order?

Bulk work needs more lead time than a single order, so ask as early as you can, and earlier still if the shirts are for an event.

Can I order for a small group without a quote?

Yes. Design the shirt in the design studio and check out at the prices shown. A cart line holds up to 99 of one shirt in one colour and size.

Can someone swap their size after the shirts arrive?

Not for a change of mind. Custom printed pieces are made to order and cannot be exchanged for a different size unless something is wrong with them, so collect sizes carefully using the size guide on our Guides page.
