How to Get a Custom Shirt Made in Pakistan

What you need before you start

• An idea, not necessarily artwork. A PNG, JPG and WebP file of your own works, and so does one of our designs, or a line of your own words typed straight onto the shirt.
• An account. You need to sign in to upload your own artwork, save a design and add it to your cart. Trying things in the studio costs nothing.
• Your size. The size guide has measurements for our shirts and hoodies. Custom printed pieces are made for you and cannot be exchanged for a different size unless something is wrong with them, so it is worth a minute with a tape measure.

Step by step

1. Choose the shirt. You can customise Custom T-Shirt (from PKR 799) and Custom Oversized T-Shirt (from PKR 999). The studio lets you switch garment without losing your design.
2. Bring your artwork, or pick ours. Upload a PNG, JPG and WebP file, up to 10MB. A transparent background and the largest version you have print best; an image that is too small for the size you want will look soft, and the resolution guide shows how many pixels you need. No artwork? Choose from our designs, or add your own words in the studio.
3. Place it on the shirt. In the design studio you see the shirt while you work: move, resize and rotate the design, and put it on the front, the back, or both. Text can be set in different fonts, weights, sizes and colours. If part of the design runs past the printable area, the studio tells you before you can add it to your cart, because a print cannot hang over the edge. Preview mode turns the shirt round so you see the front and back together.
4. Choose the colour and size. Switch colours and watch your design on each; for help choosing, see which shirt colour suits your design. The price updates for the colour and size you pick.
5. Save it and add it to your cart. Saving a new design uses one of your design credits; editing a saved design, as often as you like, uses none, and your credits are topped up when an order is paid. A cart line holds up to 99 of one shirt in one colour and size.
6. Check out and pay. We accept bank transfer to our own account. After you order we show you the account details, and our team reviews your order as soon as it is placed. Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it quickly. An unpaid order waits 48 hours for the transfer; if it does not arrive, we remind you, then cancel it. If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout; store credit in your account is applied there too.
7. We check it, print it and deliver it. Our team reviews your order as soon as it is placed and emails you at every step. We check every design before it is printed, and every custom piece is printed to order for you. Standard shipping is PKR 150 on every order. Orders usually arrive within 5 working days.

Before you order

• Check your image is big enough for the size you want it printed: how many pixels you need.
• Only print a logo or character you own or have permission to use. If a design needs a change, we pause the order and you pick another design or get a full refund.
• You can cancel or change your design for 6 hours after you order. Nothing is printed before then, and we email you when it goes to print.

If your design needs a change

Your order stays safe. We pause it, tell you exactly why, and you choose a different design, paying only any difference, or a full refund of that item. You have 14 days to choose. The most common reasons are artwork that belongs to someone else and an image too small for the size it was placed at; the full list is in our terms.

When it arrives

Check the print against your preview. Colours shift slightly between a screen and fabric, and the print can sit a millimetre or two from where you placed it; anything beyond that is a defect. Send us a photograph with your order number and we will reprint, replace or refund it. Returns on unworn ready made items are handled case by case, and we are always happy to help. Custom printed items are made just for you, so we take them back when something is wrong with them, at no cost to you.

A printed shirt lasts longest washed inside out in cool water and not ironed directly over the print. That is true of printed garments generally, and costs nothing.
